100% is due at the time of booking.  Our nightly rates vary depending on seasonal demand and availability. 

 

Reservation charges include; but are not limited to, nightly lodging, 13.5% local lodging tax, a management fee and cleaning fees ($180 cleaning fee is standard). All fees are subject to local regulations and to change.

 

Guests will receive a full refund (with the exception of the 3% credit card processing fee) if the booking is canceled, in writing, within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 full days prior to the reservation date. Guests will receive a 50% refund for bookings canceled, in writing, less than 30 days prior to reservation date.

Cancellations within 14 days of reservation date are non-refundable.

Kaye's Cozy Stays reserves the right to cancel a booking should the property become uninhabitable for any reason. We will not allow guests to stay if the condition of any of our properties is dangerous or not fully operational both for your safety and ours. In this instance, the guest will receive a full refund.

Contact-free check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check in details, including your door code, will be sent by email the morning of your arrival.

Check out is by 10:00 AM on the scheduled day; your access code will cease to work at this time. 

 

While we do love our furry friends, Kaye's Cozy Stays has a strict no pet policy. If a pet is brought to our cabin, even to visit, it will result in guests being asked to leave the premises without refund plus the loss of security deposit in full. Additional charges may apply upon inspection.

 

Yes. The registered guest (reserving guest) must be at least 25 years of age. This guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury, or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons. The reserving guest acknowledges the maximum capacity of each properties limit at any time. We do not allow additional guests beyond this amount. Additional guests beyond our maximum capacity can result in being asked to leave the premises without refund plus the loss of security deposit in full. Third party bookings (reserving the cabin for someone else to stay) is strictly prohibited.

 

We pre-authorize a $500 refundable deposit on the reserving guest’s credit card due 2 days prior to the reservation. The reserving guest must agree to be held liable for all damages to the property or other guests upon booking confirmation. The deposit will be released upon inspection of the properties after check-out and up to 7 days after stay.

 

Camp Hall-O-Way and the surrounding property is smoke free.  All guests must be non-smokers.

Guests of all ages are welcome, however none of the properties are child-proofed. It is important for children to be supervised during their stay, especially around any fire feature and while exploring the natural terrain outside. There are fire features and water around some of the properties. We advise to supervise children at all times. 

We encourage guests to reach out directly right away if an issue arises during your stay with us. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.  We take every precaution to ensure all issues are taken care of; however, we do not offer refunds for these types of instances. Upon booking our properties, you agree to hold land/property owners harmless if such/like issues arise.
