Relax and enjoy the stunning views of our delightful lakefront cottage on Clark Lake! Our 1200sq ft open concept, 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sleeps 8 comfortably. Walk off the deck and you are only steps away from enjoying the water. Clark Lake is appealing for families who desire to fish, swim, tube, water ski, kayak and paddle boarding/boating. Bring your boat and park it at the dock on site! After a day on the water you can relax and watch the spectacular sunsets and enjoy a fire while surrounded by the sounds of nature. This cottage is a short distance away from Lake Michigan and Whitefish Dunes State Park where you can hike, bike, snow shoe, cross country ski or snowmobile on the trails.

Payment Schedule – 100% due at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy-Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
-Guests must be 25 years or older to book
-A signed rental agreement and a credit card for the security deposit must be on file within 24 hours to confirm a booking.
-Check in after 4pm/ check out at 10am.
-No parties of any kind are permitted.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed throughout the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the deposit will be forfeited.
-Only 6 guests are permitted. No unregistered guests, please.
-Pets are not allowed, sorry. We love our pets however if you bring a pet you will forfeit your deposit.
-Please use the fire pit responsibly. Please DO NOT leave a fire unattended.
-Please DO NOT use any glass or breakable items in or near the hot tub.
-Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Nothing else is permitted as it will clog the septic system.
-Please take care of our vacation home as if it were your own.
– Only 2 vehicles total allowed per the limited driveway space.
